Mon-Fri/4 on 4 off 08:00-17:00/06:30-18:30 Temporary contract Must have previous administration experience Transport planning experience preferred Key Responsibilities: Plan and allocate daily routes for drivers Monitor live operations and resolve any issues or delays Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and internal teams Ensure legal and company compliance, including WTD and driver hours Maintain accurate records and update systems in real time Contribute to continuous improvements in planning processes General Administration tasks Support the wider operations team when required Liase with drivers as and when required making outbound and taking inbound calls About You: Previous transport plannng experience preferred Must have administration experience Strong geographical knowledge of the UK road network Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions Proficient with Microsoft Packages A team player with strong organisational skills If you are interested in this role, please click APPLY now.
