Key Responsibilities as a transport admin: Ensure all client''s processes and procedures are adhered to across all operational activities. Take responsibility for afternoon transport planning, including: Planning vehicle utilisation effectively Dispatching and debriefing drivers in line with company policy Ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed and correctly filed Maintaining depot compliance on the Tacho management system and ensuring all infringements are reviewed and signed off promptly Investigating and resolving any missing mileage Managing vehicle breakdowns and defects promptly Providing a clear, accurate handover at the end of the shift Carry out...
