Transport Administrator - Elland

Are you an experience transport administrator seeking new opportunity? Join our client''s team at Elland and enjoy:

Competitive Pay: Earn -14.10 per hour, overtime rates of -21.15 paid after 37.5 hours per week. Weekends paid at -21.15 Rates are PAYE, 28 days holiday per year which increase with length of service.

Shifts: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours, 6am - 2pm. Some overtime will be required.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ensuring safe and professional operations in line with client standards.
• Support site management with compliance including inventory, financial, health & safety and transport
• Liaise with the workshop and customer service teams to ensure the effective routing and use of all vehicles
• Liaising with customers and engineers to resolve issues at delivery points
• Handling customer complaints
• Reconcile loads
• Reporting and updating driver feedback data
• General admin duties
• Outdoor site safety checks and outdoor compliance checks daily in all weathers

Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service
• Experience of working in a transport office preferred with knowledge of drivers hours, rules and regulations
• Computer literate
• Successful candidates require a DBS check.

• The role is due to start immediately and is a temp to perm position.
