Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Transport Administrator to join a logistics company based in Eastleigh.- This is a Permanent position.-

Responsibilities for this Transport Administrator role:
- Plan and execute collection and delivery schedules via the most cost-efficient means
- Utilise IT systems and vehicles fully to ensure accurate allocation of drivers
- Communicate plans to internal and external customers-
- Maintain sufficient staffing levels, including agency staff, to meet or exceed customer requirements
- Manage driver hours by authorising weekly timesheets, auditing, and updating hours in relevant systems to ensure compliance with regulations
- Communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery including, load sheets for the warehouse, handovers, vehicle maintenance schedules, and operational delays
Requirements for this Transport Administrator role:

- Being familiar with Stirling, Contrado systems will be advantageous
- Experience of working within a similar role
- Ability to work under pressure-
- Highly organised-

The role:
- This is a permanent position
- Monday - Friday working 10-8pm
- -30K + -10 per day shift allowance
