We operate based on our core values of ethics, trustworthiness, and care, with our profits reinvested into our Local Authority shareholders.About the RoleWe are looking for a Transport Administrator to join the busy operational team within Dorset Travel.This is a front-line service role where you will work collaboratively with colleagues across Dorset Travel, as well as external partners, to help coordinate and commission transport for a large number of young people and adults across Dorset.The role is varied and fast-paced, requiring excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail. You will be responsible for responding to enquiries, maintaining accurate records, supporting transport arrangements and working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesYour day-to-day responsibilities will include:Responding to telephone calls and emails from parents, contractors, schools, Passenger Assistants and other stakeholders.Liaising effectively with internal teams and external organisations.Using Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office and internal software systems.Completing accurate data entry and maintaining records.Processing and accessing new ..... full job details .....
