Duties will include: Debriefing drivers and transport staff upon completion of their routes. Checking returned parcels and ensuring all items are accounted for and correctly processed. Recording and reporting any missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered parcels. Liaising with drivers and internal departments to resolve delivery and transport issues. Updating relevant systems and completing transport documentation accurately. Assisting with the smooth running of the depot and ensuring all procedures are followed. Repacking and relabelling parcels where required. Supporting the transport team with general administrative and operational duties.
