You ll track deliveries, resolve queries and work closely with customers, carriers and internal teams to keep orders moving.Responsibilities: Check delivery portals to confirm deliveries have arrived. Chase late, missing or split deliveries and keep customers informed. Raise claims with carriers for late or short deliveries. Check transport charges and other invoices before authorising payment. Download and save proof of delivery documents, checking photographs for damage. Contact customers to arrange deliveries and send delivery notes. Organise and maintain export documentation. Liaise with the warehouse team regarding orders for dispatch. Answer incoming calls and welcome visitors. Support the wider team with general administration.
