This permanent position combines project leadership, commercial responsibility, stakeholder management and operational oversight across complex infrastructure programmes from contract award through to final handover. Key Responsibilities: Lead the safe and successful delivery of transmission and distribution projects throughout the full project lifecycle. Manage project scope, programme, budget, resources, risks and change control processes. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, suppliers and key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality requirements across all project activities. Oversee design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover phases. Manage NEC contracts and support commercial, procurement and financial performance. Produce and present project performance reports, including programme, cost, risk and opportunity management.
