You will work closely with students, families, Local Authorities, schools and college staff to ensure prospective learners receive a smooth, personalised transition into college. A key focus of the role will be supporting and advocating for students with SEND, ensuring transition plans reflect individual needs, EHCPs and funding arrangements.
