This is an exciting project to support autistic young people and adults across the East Midlands. We currently have a vacant post focusing on supporting young people and adults transition into adulthood to secure meaningful long-term outcomes. The purpose of the role is to provide a consistent presence in the life of young people aged 14-25 years of age to enable a supportive transition into adulthood. The role will enable long-term positive outcomes, provide signposting for support available including housing and benefits and assisting in employment or further education opportunities for autistic young people and adults including supporting access to work.
