Transition AnalystOur consultancy client is looking for an organised and detail-focused Transition Analyst to support the successful planning and delivery of complex bids, mobilisations, service transitions and transformation programmes.You''ll play a critical role in supporting planning, maintaining programme controls, monitoring progress and producing the high-quality information needed for effective governance and decision-making.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with programme, PMO or project delivery experience who wants to build specialist expertise in transition and mobilisation.Key Responsibilities Include Support the definition and planning of projects and workstreams.Maintain RAID logs and ensure significant items are reflected in programme governance.Implement and maintain agreed programme monitoring and control processes.Support programme governance, reporting and assurance activities.Help improve transition methods, standards, templates and supporting materials.Develop expertise in the transition team''s tools, reports and project-management systems. Key Skills/Experience Required Experience supporting projects or workstreams within a wider programme.Knowledge of project and programme management approaches.Understanding of bids, mobilisations, transitions, transformations or service exits.Experience of maintaining plans, schedules and programme controls.Practical understanding of RAID management.Exposure to programme governance, assurance or quality ..... full job details .....
