This pivotal role will be instrumental in guiding the organisation through essential transformation initiatives, particularly in wealth management and client migration processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the design and implementation of transformation training initiatives in collaboration with the design team and business process teams.Manage end-to-end client migration projects, ensuring seamless transitions and effective stakeholder engagement throughout the process.Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes that facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes within the organisation.Coordinate with various teams to ensure that training materials are aligned with the organisation''s strategic objectives and tailored to meet the needs of diverse user groups.Drive behavioural change management strategies to support the adoption of new ways of working, ensuring that all employees are equipped to navigate the transformation journey.Monitor and report on the progress of training initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to meet project ..... full job details .....
