Transformation Project officerSEND Transformation ProgrammeRate: 268.18 per day (Umbrella)Pattern Hybrid - 2 days per week in-officeContract: Full-time (5 days per week)We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Officer to support the delivery of a high-impact SEND Transformation Programme. This role is key to ensuring effective coordination and smooth programme delivery, driving meaningful improvements for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update project documentation, plans, and trackersMonitor actions, risks, issues, and milestonesCoordinate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder eventsTake accurate minutes and track follow-up actionsPrepare reports and support programme communicationsWork independently and manage competing priorities effectivelyKey Requirements:Proven experience supporting complex projects or programmesStrong data skills, including analysis and presentation (advanced Excel essential)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to engage with a wide range of stakeholdersIdeally, experience within a SEND service or similar environmentThis is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a meaningful transformation programme and make a real difference.Eden Brown is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
