Transformation Project Manager

Transformation Project Manager 6 Months Leeds/Bradford - 1-2 days per week 500 per day (Inside IR35)The selected candidate MUST HAVE strong digital transformation experience This role requires a technically minded project leader who can manage complex technology initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery in a fast-paced Agile environment. Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of complex digital engineering and technology transformation projects.Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, budget, quality and timelines.Work closely with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Software Engineers and Operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate technical dependencies across engineering, infrastructure and business teams.Drive project governance, RAID management, reporting and executive stakeholder communications.Facilitate planning sessions, sprint reviews and programme governance meetings.Ensure customer deliverables are successfully transitioned into business-as-usual operations.Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation plans.Support continuous improvement across delivery processes and engineering practices.Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
