The successful candidate will be responsible for: Leading and executing key transformation initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for project goals. Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to senior management. Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Person Specification The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: Proven experience in managing transformation projects, preferably within a public sector environment. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset. Comprehensive IT skills to support project management and execution. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
