Transformation Programme Managers - Local Authority

My Local Authority client in the midlands is looking to appoint talented Transformation Programme Managers on a Contract basis.

4 Transformation leads are required across Adults, Childrens, Corporate / Back-Office and Environment.

About the role:

Based in London (Hybrid - 2-3 days on site):

• You will provide dedicated senior capacity to drive delivery of priority savings, transformation and improvement programmes across the Council.
• These are high-profile roles, working at the centre of the Council''s transformation and improvement agenda and requiring the confidence to operate with pace, judgement and creditability in a senior, politically aware environment.
• Roles will work alongside Executive Directors, Service Directors, Heads of Service and corporate enabling teams to increase the pace of delivery, remove barriers, improve assurance and ensure that benefits are realised.
• You will lead one of the four transformation or improvement areas, bringing significant experience, skills and knowledge in one or more of these fields

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

• Significant experience leading transformation and programmes in one or more of the 4 listed areas - Adult''s, Children''s, Corporate / Back-office or Environment.
• Significant experience of leading complex transformation, improvement or savings programmes in local government.
• Track record of delivering senior-level programmes with clear plans, milestones, dependencies, benefits and measurable outcomes
• Experience maintaining pace across multiple projects, resolving issues, escalating risks, securing corrective action and supporting proportionate governance and assurance

• Salary: -700 per day, inside IR35
• Hybrid Working

• Hours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday
