Transformation Programme Manager The Council has completed a discovery and assessment phase, reviewing the current use of Oracle across Finance, People and OD and supporting corporate services. The programme is now moving into the design and business case stage, with a range of opportunities identified relating to system configuration, process improvement, reporting, controls, user experience and the potential implementation of additional Oracle functionality. The successful candidate will work with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts and suppliers to finalise the target state, develop the implementation roadmap, support completion of the business case and lead delivery of the agreed programme of change. The role will oversee multiple workstreams covering Finance, HR, IT and Change Management, ensuring that technical, process and organisational changes are successfully implemented and that anticipated benefits are realised.
