Transformation Programme Manager

What you''ll do We''re looking for an experienced Transformation Programme Manager to help deliver some of the most significant change initiatives across Notting Hill Genesis. Working within our Strategic Planning and Transformation team, you''ll lead the delivery of complex transformation programmes and projects, ensuring they achieve their intended outcomes and deliver lasting value for our residents, colleagues and organisation. You''ll lead cross-organisational teams through complex change, driving delivery whilst ensuring colleagues successfully adopt and embed new ways of working. How you''ll do it Leading and driving the successful delivery of transformation programmes and projects, ensuring that these achieve the expected outcomes, are delivered on time, on budget and to required quality standards. Developing highly effective relationships with key stakeholders, influencing and negotiating when required. Taking a holistic approach to transformation developing achievable plans including people, process and technology change. Ensuring all aspects of the change are planned, managed and communicated effectively ensuring colleagues understand, adopt, and embed new ways of working with those impacted, at all levels, working closely with assigned change managers. Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates to support business cases and manage budgets with the Sponsor. Identify, assess, and manage programme and project risks with clear ownership and escalation routes. ..... full job details .....
