Your new roleAs Transformation Programme Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of a large-scale business transformation programme. Acting as the deputy to the Programme Director, you''ll take ownership of day-to-day programme execution, ensuring multiple workstreams remain aligned, on track and focused on achieving agreed business outcomes. You''ll maintain visibility of key milestones, risks, dependencies and delivery challenges, escalating significant issues where required and supporting the implementation of decisions made through programme governance forums.
