The organisation is investing heavily in modernising its recruitment function and requires an individual who can drive change, improve processes and ensure key projects are successfully delivered and embedded.Working closely with senior stakeholders across HR, People Services and Corporate Development, you will lead the implementation of new ways of working, optimise recruitment systems and introduce solutions that deliver a more efficient and effective resourcing service.The RoleThis position sits at the centre of a significant transformation programme and will take ownership of several strategic projects designed to improve recruitment operations, candidate experience and workforce planning capability.
