Operating with leading clients across Manufacturing, Pharma and Defence sectors with increasing pipeline and clear progression path Performance improvement - making functions more efficient, effective and measurable. GBS/Shared Services strategy Target Operating Model (TOM) design Process standardisation and optimisation Organisation/service delivery design Location and sourcing decisions Automation/digital transformation ERP-enabled transformation, particularly SAP S/4HANA Moving organisations from fragmented functional operations toward a more integrated GBS model. Benchmarking clients against peers to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
