Working directly with the Board of Trustees, you will assess future options, develop a sustainable operating model, strengthen partnerships, and create a clear roadmap for the organisation''s future. We''re looking for someone with: Significant senior leadership and change management experience A proven track record of organisational transformation Strong strategic, financial and stakeholder management skills Experience developing sustainable business and operating models The ability to lead confidently through change and and uncertainty Important Contract Information This is a specific, time-limited transformation role with defined deliverables.
