Transformation Director (CIO / CTO). The Opportunity We are partnering with a global leader in household consumer products to appoint a Transformation Director. This critical enterprise leadership role is appropriate - for an elite technology executive with a proven CIO or CTO track record. Operating as the primary execution partner to the newly appointed Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO), you will lead the structural, architectural, and operational overhaul required to embed advanced AI across a multi-billion-pound global business network. You will directly manage a high-performing technical leadership team - including the Head of Data - to drive Business Process Reengineering (BPR), manage internal and client-side change, and secure a sustainable global competitive advantage.
