Transformation Consultant

Transformation Consultant Leeds (2-3 days on-site) 6-month contract, with a review at 3 months Outside IR35 Start: Early October 2026 We re partnering with the leading memberships organisation for medical professionals in the UK to appoint an experienced interim Transformation Executive Insight and Coordination Lead. This is a high-impact role at the centre of the Transformation Management Office (TMO), with a clear mandate to bring greater structure, insight, pace and modern ways of working to the function. We re particularly interested in someone who has come from a more traditional, old-school or cobwebbed transformation environment and has successfully taken a TMO into the modern era improving reporting, governance, executive visibility, ways of working and overall portfolio management. Key responsibilities: Providing clear, concise and decision-focused insight to senior executives Improving the quality, consistency and relevance of transformation reporting and MI Establishing robust governance and forward planning across executive forums Creating a holistic view of delivery, risks, dependencies, benefits, finances and change Tracking executive actions, decisions and commitments through to completion Identifying delivery trends, risks, blockers and operating model friction points Coordinating across senior stakeholders, Finance, Risk, Change and Technology We re looking for: Strong experience within a TMO, Transformation Office, Portfolio Office, PMO or ..... full job details .....
