Transformation Communications Manager

**Job Description:**Mars Pet Nutrition is undertaking a global transformation to achieve our bold 2030 ambitions.Pet Nutrition is currently going through a significant digital transformation to ensure it is future-proofed with new digital skills, tools and ways of working. This role will ensure our diverse group of Associates has clarity and confidence in our digital transformation and feel responsible to play their role in delivering its success.The role will develop and deploy best-in-class internal communications (leveraging digital tools) to deliver this. * You will have extensive experience across internal and/or external communications.* Engage all Mars Pet Nutrition Associates as well as all Digital Associates in the global priorities of the business, to increase engagement and advocacy.* Support the Senior Transformation Manager in driving the digital transformation agenda across all three pillars: Digital Growth, Digital Core, Digital Talent and Capabilities, and the relevant program and product teams and initiatives within these areas.* Ensure digital transformation strategies, frameworks, practices and measurement techniques are aligned with business objectives and increase internal communications excellence, to support our goal of becoming a digital-first organization.* Be proactive in gathering stories and creating best-in-class communications materials to raise the profile of the Digital Leadership Team (DLT) and Digital product/program teams.* Own the regular drumbeat of internal communications, planning for senior leader engagement moments including virtual townhalls and in-person meetings and events.* Working with Communications teams in Mars Pet Nutrition around the world, own, populate and implement a pipeline of communications that support and promote Mars Pet Nutrition’s digital transformation.* Support the global change management programme by developing a deep understanding of the priorities of Pet Nutrition at all levels of the business, and implementing a communications plan that engages Associates in the change, while responding to needs as they arise.* Utilise the full range of communications channels available to reach Associates with the right messages, in the right place, at the right time.* Partner with third parties such as event management providers and film crews to ensure high-quality delivery of communications materials.* Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.* Join a purpose driven company, where we’re striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.* Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.* An industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company ..... full job details .....
