This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys being Embedded in a fast-moving programme environment and taking ownership of communications end-to-end.You''ll play a key role in enabling the successful adoption of new enterprise systems, including a significant Oracle Fusion upgrade and Workday optimisation, working closely with change, technology and business teams.This is not a purely strategic or BAU communications role - it''s about making things happen, producing high-quality content and ensuring messages land with the right audiences at the right time.What You''ll Be DoingDelivering transformation communications to support major system and process changeCreating clear, engaging content across multiple formats (announcements, FAQs, toolkits, Intranet updates, leadership packs, etc.)Developing and executing communications plans for Oracle and Workday initiativesSegmenting audiences and tailoring messaging to different stakeholder groupsWorking closely with Change Managers to align comms with adoption and readiness activityPartnering with programme and subject-matter experts to translate complex change into simple, actionable messagesUsing BAU communications channels and templates while owning transformation-specific ..... full job details .....
