Change Consulting Services is a cross-industry capability focused on developing and delivering market-leading change, communications and engagement solutions. This practice is part of our UKI Talent and Organization/Human Potential practice, combining consulting with programme leadership, change management and leadership expertise to shape and deliver world-class colleague experience and business transformation services underpinned by digital enablement.

In this role you will

Deliver enterprise transformational change projects underpinned by technology (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday, Salesforce) to define Change Management solutions.

Manage key elements of the lifecycle including Business Transformation vision, Leadership Engagement and Advocacy, Change Planning, Culture and Behaviour change, Communications and Storytelling, Behavioural and Data science and Change Measurement, along with the supporting operating model and technology enablers.

Support the growth of the Change consulting practice through innovation, capability growth, thought leadership, and market eminence within Change Management.

Assist in creating market relevant Change Management viewpoints, blogs and offerings to raise market eminence for Accenture’s Change consulting and overall TandO.

Deliver with consistency and excellence for clients.

Bring experience in the following skills (as applicable):

Proven track record delivering enterprise transformational change programmes, ideally underpinned by SAP S/4, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors and Salesforce.

Change Management planning, detailed impact assessments, and intervention plans.

Transformation vision creation, Leadership alignment and storytelling.

Communication strategy development and materials creation using digital tools and AI-enabled tooling.

Learning Needs Analysis, learning strategy and content development.

Experience across end-to-end technology implementation lifecycles from design through hypercare.

Interest in innovation and technology trends and how data drives objectives and employee experience.

Strong consulting acumen with excellent communication, facilitation and data analysis skills to influence others.

Ability to build trusted relationships and manage stakeholders, with clear ability to influence.
