This position will lead and manage transformation initiatives while ensuring the successful integration of newly acquired businesses into the organisation. You will bring structure, clarity, and rigour to change management and integration activities, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure that new businesses are aligned with our operational processes, systems, and culture.
