Transformation and Change Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Contract Transformation and Change Consultant to support the launch, adoption and growth of innovative SaaS and technology-led solutions within a rapidly evolving market. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong change management expertise, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a solid understanding of SaaS, technology and digital solutions. You will play a key role in driving customer adoption, improving business outcomes, and supporting organisational transformation. Technology, SaaS and Solution Delivery Work closely with technical and product teams to understand solution capabilities. Translate technical concepts into clear business value. Support go-to-market, customer onboarding and adoption activities. Bridge the gap between business, technology and operational teams. Contribute to the evolution of products and services through feedback and market insights. Support customers throughout the SaaS adoption lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation, engagement and value realisation. About You The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in Change Management, Business Transformation or Digital Transformation roles. Strong stakeholder management and engagement experience. Experience working with senior leaders and executive teams. A solid understanding of technology solutions, digital platforms, SaaS products, data and systems integration.
