Transfer Pricing Manager

A well-established professional services firm is seeking a driven and technically skilled individual to join its expanding Corporate Tax division as a Transfer Pricing Manager.This London-based role involves delivering end-to-end transfer pricing solutions for a diverse client base, including multinational groups and complex cross-border structures. You’ll work closely with senior tax leaders, overseeing advisory and compliance projects, and guiding junior team members.Key responsibilities include designing pricing strategies across goods, services, IP, and financing; preparing and reviewing documentation such as Master Files and Local Files; assessing intercompany arrangements and capital structures; and supporting dispute resolution and negotiations with tax authorities. You’ll also advise on broader tax implications including VAT, withholding tax, and permanent establishment risks.The team operates with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset, offering high exposure to client interaction and project leadership. You’ll contribute to business development, training initiatives, and internal process improvements.Candidates should have solid experience in transfer pricing, strong knowledge of OECD guidelines, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
