Our team focuses on advising multinational businesses on all transfer pricing related matters, supporting clients throughout the entire transfer pricing life cycle—from design to implementation, compliance and documentation, and audit defence. We are open to flexible working arrangements, including reduced hours and job shares.Responsibilities

Be responsible for supporting Partners and Directors by managing and developing a team of tax specialists, coaching and developing the team to deliver on individual and team objectivesSupport Directors and Partners by implementing business plans and generating new business opportunities for the firmBuild and manage internal and external networks to generate fee-winning opportunities in the business area and for the wider firm; support on pitchesAct as lead on assignments where appropriate, or support the Director/Partner in this role while ensuring the team is managed and developedManage and deliver a portfolio of client relationships, delivering excellent client service with limited supervisionContinue to invest in personal development, pursuing objectives on the scorecard and seeking regular feedbackAct with integrity and in line with the firm’s valuesQualifications

Minimum criteria: qualified (ACA, CTA, ATT) with demonstrable experience at Manager level or above. The following skills are desirable, with development support provided where needed:Commercial awarenessStrategic thinking and a business-oriented approachStrong communication skillsStrong analytical abilitiesEagerness to learn and develop self and othersExperience of managing projects day-to-day, with limited supervision from leadershipBenefits
