Transducer Engineer

MERITUS are recruiting for a Transducer Engineer to join our client in a permanent position from their site in Yateley. TRANSDUCER ENGINEER - UP TO £60,000 PER ANNUM - YATELEY, HAMPSHIRE - HYBRID REQUIREMENTYou will take ownership of acoustic performance and quality standards across both new and existing products, ensuring consistency, reliability, and continuous improvement throughout the product life cycle.Working closely with design, production, and systems teams, you will act as a technical authority on acoustic behaviour, supporting both development activities and in-service performance optimisation.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and maintain acoustic performance standards and acceptance criteria across product linesSupport manufacturing teams to ensure consistent, high-quality transducer productionContribute to the development and transition of new acoustic designs into productionLead validation and verification of acoustic performance across the full product life cycleCollaborate with engineering teams to embed acoustic requirements at early design stagesInvestigate and resolve acoustic performance issues, driving root cause analysis and corrective actionsImplement continuous improvement strategies to enhance acoustic consistency and reliabilityEngage with internal stakeholders and international teams to align quality and engineering practicesRepresent acoustic considerations in design reviews, product release activities, and supplier discussionsEssential ..... full job details .....
