TRANSACTIONS MANAGER - PROJECT FINANCE and LOAN AGENCY PRIMARILY REMOTE ONE DAY IN LONDON OFFICE EVERY 1-2 WEEKS PERMANENT ROLE Company Overview: Morgan Philips Specialist Recruitment is pleased to be representing a leading independent provider of fiduciary, trustee and agency services within the international debt and capital markets space. The business specialises in providing bond trustee, loan agency and security agency services across a range of asset classes and international jurisdictions, supporting lenders, borrowers and investors throughout the lifecycle of complex financing transactions. Role Overview: Our client is strengthening its team and looking for a Transactions Manager to manage an international portfolio of syndicated loan agencies, bond trustee and security agent appointments. The successful candidate will onboard, monitor, administer and carry out analysis and reporting during the transactions'' life cycle events in accordance with the terms of the financing agreements and internal directions provided. Responsibilities: Review of draft facility, bond issuance and security package documentation from an agency/trustee and security agent perspective during the pre-closing process.General management of a domestic and international portfolio of project and infrastructure transactions.Calculation of the amounts to be distributed across borrowers and lenders in accordance with the terms of the facility agreements (e.g. drawdowns, fees, interest, and ..... full job details .....
