The Opportunity
This Manager role sits within the Transaction Support team of the firm''s Corporate Finance division. The position offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic advisory practice, delivering buy-side and sell-side support on domestic and international M&A transactions. Clients include strategic acquirers, private equity firms, and financial institutions.You''ll be part of a senior-led advisory team with oversight of full due diligence processes. Beyond technical delivery, you''ll be encouraged to engage in business development, team leadership, and market visibility initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead initial discussions with clients to scope out due diligence requirements
- Draft compelling proposals and participate in introductory client meetings
- Prepare and review due diligence reports that are detailed, well-structured, and insight-driven.
- Coordinate cross-functional input (e.g. tax advisory) into transaction support documents
- Mentor and support the career development of junior team members
- Build relationships in the regional transaction market and contribute to business growth efforts
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability in day-to-day project management
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years'' experience in transaction services or wider corporate finance
- Fully qualified professional (ACA preferred; others considered)
- Proven high performer and team contributor
- Energetic, self-motivated, and aligned with the team''s growth ambitions
- Experience in staff management and mentoring
- Demonstrates strategic thinking and market engagement capabilities
