Transactional Finance Transformation Manager

Our client, an established catering and food service company, is currently recruiting a Transactional Finance Transformation Manager to join their Accounts team. The Transactional Finance Transformation Manager will be responsible for leading the design, implementation and continuous improvement of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operating models, ensuring scalable, efficient and controlled processes. Key Responsibilities:Act as the senior business lead for outsourced transactional finance provider, owning service delivery, governance, SLAs, KPIs and continuous improvement plans.Build and maintain effective third-party relationship, holding partners accountable for contractual commitments, performance standards and delivery of agreed outcomes.Support and deliver finance system implementations, business integrations and operating model changes, ensuring successful adoption and embedding of new ways of working.Utilise data, insight and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities, root causes and efficiencies across transactional finance processes. Skills Required:Significant experience within Transactional Finance, Shared Services or Finance Operations environments.Proven success leading AP and AR transformation, process optimisation and operating model improvements.Exposure to Shared Service Centre and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environments.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to engage effectively at ..... full job details .....
