Transactional Finance Manager £40,000- £50,000 Blackburn Excellent working culture Fantastic benefits package 25 Days plus Bank Holidays Axon Moore is working in partnership with a highly-successful manufacturing business based in Blackburn which has witnessed significant growth in recent years and as such are seeking an assured Transactional Finance Manager who is able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of the AP and AR team, ensuring clear priorities, high standards of accuracy and delivery against deadlines.For this role, you must have proven experience leading teams across both AP and AR and have a strong understanding of the transactional finance reporting cycle.Key Responsibilities and Duties:Leading and coaching the AP and AR team, ensuring clear priorities, high standards of accuracy and delivery against agreed deadlinesOversee workload allocation to ensure effective resource planning across the teamSetting clear objective, monitoring performance and development opportunitiesIdentify and implement processes, controls and operational efficienciesDelivery of accurate and timely AP and AR processes including invoice processing payment runs, customer cash allocation, reconciliations and query resolutionOwn and improve customer and supplier master data processesPrepare and maintain short-term cash flow forecasts to support planning and decision makingMonitor and reporting of ..... full job details .....
