The Transactional Finance Lead will take responsibility for overseeing and managing the company''s transactional finance activities, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of banking, sales ledger, purchase ledger, credit control and cash management operations. The successful candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic and confident in taking ownership of their workload, whilst providing support across the wider finance function. They will be comfortable building positive working relationships across the business and bring a flexible, solutions-focused approach to their work. As the business continues to grow, there will also be a real focus on process improvement and automation, so we''re looking for someone who is keen to challenge existing processes, identify opportunities to improve efficiency and play an active role in the continued development of the finance function.
