This is a unique opportunity to work on complex and high-impact deals across the mid-market and private equity space while achieving rapid progression.About the RoleYou will play a key role in advising clients on the tax aspects of corporate and PE backed transactions, including both buy side and sell side restructurings. The team works closely with Large entrepreneurial businesses, private equity houses, and fast-growing corporates, offering strategic tax advice throughout the deal lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesLead transaction tax engagements, including structuring and due diligenceProvide commercially focused tax advice to corporate and PE clientsManage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on deal-related mattersSupport the development of junior team members through coaching and mentoringContribute to business development and the continued growth of the practiceYour qualificationACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) with significant experience in transaction taxStrong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax and MandA tax issuesProven ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality adviceCommercially minded with a strong interest in mid-market and PE-backed dealsCollaborative, proactive, and driven to contribute to a growing teamWhat’s on OfferA dynamic and fast-growing team with a strong market presenceExposure to high-profile and varied transactionsA clear path for career progression and leadership opportunitiesA flexible, hybrid working model and a supportive team ..... full job details .....
