Are you an experienced Corporate Finance professional looking for an exciting opportunity to join a well-known independent advisory firm? Our client is expanding its services and seeking a talented individual to join as a Transaction Services Partner.This is a unique chance to originate your own work, alongside existing internal referral sources, and play a pivotal role in building out a transaction services division within the organisation.Key Responsibilities:Originate and lead FDD / VDD mandates, operating within the lower mid-market space.Manage the end-to-end deal processDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.Provide strategic advice on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising, and other corporate finance activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of transactions.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.Requirements:Experienced Corporate Finance operator, in Transaction Services.Demonstrated track record of originating and successfully executing corporate finance transactions.Excellent understanding of the lower mid-market space, with deal sizes ranging from £5m to £100m.Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or similar are desirable.Location:
