I am working with a top 15 Accountancy firm is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Transaction Services Partner to lead and grow our national TS offering. This is a rare opportunity to join a forward-thinking, ambitious firm at a senior level, with the autonomy to shape strategy, build client relationships, and drive growth.About the Role:

As a TS Partner, you will:Lead and expand our Transaction Services practice, with a focus on mid-market deals.Deliver high-quality financial due diligence and deal advisory services to private equity, corporate, and entrepreneurial clients.Act as a work-winner, developing new business and nurturing existing relationships.Collaborate with Lead Advisory and Debt Advisory teams to offer integrated solutions.Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and progression.What they are looking For:

Proven experience in

financial due diligence , ideally within a top 10 firm or boutique advisory.Strong track record of

winning and delivering deals

across sectors.Ability to

lead complex engagements , manage stakeholders, and present strategic insights.ACA qualified (or equivalent), with deep technical and commercial acumen.A

growth mindset
