The Role As a Transaction Services Analytics Manager, you''ll sit at the centre of the due diligence process, turning complex datasets into insights that directly support investment and strategic decisions. Key responsibilities include: Leading analytics workstreams on live due diligence engagements Helping shape and deliver the team''s analytics and AI strategy Designing and refining analytical models and best practice across Transaction Services Managing end-to-end data processes, from extraction through to cleansing, validation and structuring Applying advanced analytics to large datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities Working across a broad range of transactions, including buy-side and sell-side due diligence, pre-investment and pre-acquisition reviews, vendor assist, pre-lending reviews and reporting accountant roles on IPOs ..... full job details .....
