If so, this could be the role for you.Our client, a Big 4 Firm, support a wide range of clients from investment banks to large law firms and are looking for a Manager or Senior Manager/AD to join their London CF Division in the SPA team. This could be a Manager ready for promotion or an existing Senior ManagerDue to a strong pipeline, this a great time to join the team, with the opportunity to grow your career under the guidance of Directors and Partners.Your responsibilities will include;analysis of cash, debt and working capital adjustmentspresentations to clients on MandA transactionsgrowing your own portfolio of clientscarrying out leakage reviewsensuring the team adhere to budget and project timelinesThe ideal candidate will;be qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)have people management experiencehave had exposure to Transactions and specifically SPASeniority level
