Salary: Up to £95,000 + benefits Location: London Full-time, Permanent We are currently recruiting for an experienced Transaction Services Manager to join a growing professional services team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Transaction Services professional looking to progress their career, working on a broad range of transactions and advising corporate, private equity and investment clients. The Role As a Transaction Services Manager, you will take responsibility for managing and delivering financial due diligence assignments, working closely with clients and senior stakeholders throughout the transaction process. Key Responsibilities Managing and executing Financial Due Diligence (FDD) assignments. Reviewing and analysing financial information, including quality of earnings, net debt and working capital. Identifying key financial risks, opportunities and commercial considerations within transactions. Preparing clear, commercially focused due diligence reports. Managing multiple assignments and ensuring work is delivered to a high standard and within deadlines. Liaising directly with business owners, purchasers, investors and legal advisers. Supporting junior team members and reviewing their work. Developing strong relationships with clients and contributing to business development opportunities.
