Transaction Relationship Manager - Structured FinanceContract to July 2027Circa £520 P/D inside IR35 (no flex here)Canary Wharf - 3 days per week on siteI''m working with a global banking client in London as they look to bring on an experienced Transaction Relationship Manager (Structured Finance) within their Issuer Services business.This role acts as the primary point of contact for clients involved in structured finance transactions. You''ll review and negotiate deal documentation, manage execution and amendments, and ensure accurate setup and ongoing administration of transactions. You''ll be responsible for both the technical and relationship aspects of structured finance deals. What I''m looking for:1. Deep Structured Finance andamp; Corporate Trust ExpertiseStrong knowledge of Issuer Services/Corporate Trust productsHands-on experience with structured finance transactionsCash management experience and understanding of transaction documentation2. High-Level Transaction andamp; Relationship Management SkillsAbility to negotiate, execute, and manage complex dealsStrong client-facing skills and communication abilitiesProven ability to build and maintain client relationships3.
