Our client represents a well-known automotive brand and is looking to recruit an experienced and successful Sales Manager / Transaction Manager to join one of their dealerships.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an established and recognised brand, working within a successful dealership environment. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about driving sales performance, developing a team and delivering outstanding customer service.

Working closely with a team of Sales Executives, you will take responsibility for driving sales performance, managing the sales process and ensuring the team delivers exceptional service that puts the customer at the heart of everything they do.

You will have a natural ability to create instant rapport with customers, negotiate effectively and build long-lasting relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proven experience in a Sales Manager or Transaction Manager role within a main dealership environment.

As Sales Manager / Transaction Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and performance of the Sales Department, including:

Managing, motivating and developing the Sales team

Driving sales performance and achieving departmental targets

Managing and controlling the sales process from enquiry through to delivery

Second-facing customers, negotiating deals and maximising profitability

Supporting and coaching Sales Executives to maximise every sales opportunity

Stock control and management

Used car valuations

Competitor analysis and pricing

Forecourt presentation and display

Internet advertising and lead management

Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales process

Driving the team forward and maintaining high standards

The successful candidate will be a high-performing, dynamic automotive professional with a proven track record of success in sales management and deal negotiation. You will be commercially focused, customer-oriented and capable of getting the maximum from every opportunity while maintaining strong departmental performance.

Previous Sales Management or Transaction Management experience within a main dealership environment is essential.

Salary & Package

-30,00035,000 Basic Salary (DOE)

-55,000 OTE - Uncapped
