They are currently looking for a Transactions Manager to join their team for an initial 6-month contract. However, there may be scope for extension.Key Responsibilities:Onboarding of new clients (particularly in the Custody space).Reviewing of legal contracts (including Custody Agreements, Account Bank and Agency Agreements).Managing up to approximately 20 matters at any one timePresenting of information to internal committeesSkills andamp; Experience:Experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM)Experience in reviewing contractsClient onboardingExperience in Finance ILSProject Finance experienceBusiness implementationLocation:This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to work from the clients London office 4 days a week.Working hours:Standard working hours with some flex where required.If you feel that this is a role that would suit you then please apply today.If you do not hear from us within 48 hours of your application, please assume that ..... full job details .....
