We re now recruiting for a Fleet Engineer to support the technical management of our CAF Urbos 3 tram fleet ensuring safe, dependable and high-performing services for our communities. This isn t your everyday engineering role. It s a unique opportunity to take ownership of fleet performance and reliability at a critical point in our journey. As our Fleet Engineer, you ll be responsible for: Leading the day-to-day technical management of the tram fleet. Taking ownership of fleet safety, performance and reliability. Ensuring in-service failures are reported, investigated, tracked and resolved. Analysing fleet data to identify trends, prevent failures and drive continuous improvement. Enhancing the fleet maintenance regime, including instructions, procedures and associated documents. Managing tram modification and enhancement projects.
