Training Specialist

Talentmark are recruiting for a Training Specialist to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 6 months. Salary: Between 185- 240 per day PAYE, or 230- 300 per day Umbrella (inside IR35). Training Specialist role:Deliver face-to-face and remote training across the Greater Glasgow and Clyde region. Support implementation and rollout activities.Provide ongoing support and guidance to clinical users following go-live.Coordinate training schedules and maintain accurate training records.Troubleshoot basic user and workflow issues during implementation.Build strong working relationships with ward teams, POCT teams, and project stakeholders.Your Background:Previous experience delivering healthcare or diagnostic training.Strong implementation or rollout experience within healthcare settings.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Comfortable working independently across multiple sites.Strong organisational and documentation skills.Confident using digital training tools and systems.Company: Our client is one of the world''s premier innovative biopharmaceutical companies, discovering, developing and providing over 160 different medicines, vaccines and consumer healthcare products to help improve the lives of millions of people in the UK and around the world every year.
