This field-based role focuses on delivering high-quality operator training, supporting clinical teams during implementation, and ensuring a seamless user experience. The position requires close collaboration with clinical stakeholders, point-of-care testing (POCT) teams, and project personnel to deliver effective training programs that align with governance, quality, and safety standards. Responsibilities: Deliver face-to-face and remote operator training across multiple sites. Support implementation and rollout activities for diagnostic systems.
