Proclinical is seeking a Training Specialist to support the implementation of glucose and ketone meter solutions across healthcare settings in the Greater Glasgow and Clyde region. This field-based role focuses on delivering high-quality operator training, supporting clinical teams during implementation, and ensuring a seamless user experience. The position requires close collaboration with clinical stakeholders, point-of-care testing (POCT) teams, and project personnel to deliver effective training programs that align with governance, quality, and safety standards.   Responsibilities:Deliver face-to-face and remote operator training across multiple sites.Support implementation and rollout activities for diagnostic systems.Provide ongoing guidance and troubleshooting for clinical users post-go-live.Coordinate training schedules and maintain accurate records.Conduct competency assessments and facilitate user sign-off processes.Build strong relationships with ward teams, POCT teams, and stakeholders.Ensure training activities comply with governance and safety standards.Support change management and user adopt...</description>
